Item 1. Security and Issuer.

This Schedule 13D relates to the common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”) of Freedom 20 Inc., whose principal executive offices are located at 2 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 (the “Issuer”).

Item 2. Identity and Background.

(a) The name of the reporting person is Fluid Audio Network, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Reporting Person”).

(b) The business address of the Registrant is 5813-A Uplander Way, Culver City, California 90230.

(c) Present principal occupation or employment and the name, principal business and address of any corporation or other organization in which such employment is conducted:

The Registrant is a developer of web-based solutions for the online interactive entertainment industry. The address of the Registrant is the same as listed in Item 2(b).

(d) Whether or not, during the last five years, such person has been convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar misdemeanors) and, if so, give the dates, nature of conviction, name and location of court, and penalty imposed, or other disposition of the case:

There is nothing to report concerning the Registrant.

The acquisition of the share of common stock covered by this report was US$1.00 dollar, which was paid from the working capital of the Registrant.

Item 4. Purpose of Transaction

The share was acquired for as part of a Plan of Acquisition and Merger dated February 14, 2007.

The Registrant owns 1 share of Freedom 20, Inc. (100% of the shares outstanding).
